Cutler retires as Oriental Manager

Wyatt Cutler spent his last day on the job Friday tending to loose ends, after almost a decade as Town Manager of Oriental. Known for his sense of humor, Cutler began one mundane task -- installing a reflector in the middle of Link Lane -- with a trademark quip. “Somebody’s going to look at this picture,” he joked, “and they’ll say ‘do you think we really need another manager?’”
